Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When a session is cancelled at the last minute, I am often unable to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment or needing additional support.

Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice is also considered a cancellation.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Cancellation fees may be waived in exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or severe illness.

If something comes up and you are unable to attend your appointment as planned, there may be another way to make the session work. Before cancelling, please consider whether changing the time or format of your session might be possible.

If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the cancellation fee may be waived if another appointment is available for you within the same week. If you don’t see a suitable time available in Jane, please reach out to me and we can explore what may be possible.

Thank you for respecting the time that has been reserved for you and helping me keep appointments available for sisters who need them.
