When seeking support feels like a significant investment, we remind ourselves that Allah invites us to place our complete trust in Him. We can rest assured that our rizq is already written; He provides with perfect timing and a flawless knowledge of what is best for us in this life and the next. Ultimately, we find comfort in knowing that His limitless generosity and mercy are always more than sufficient for us.

My dear sister, it matters deeply to me that you receive the care you need. I want therapy to be accessible to you and every sister who needs help. Finances should never be the barrier that prevents a Muslim woman or girl from receiving support.

CLARITY CONSULTATION
60 minutes | $150
One time, focused support for a specific question, concern, or situation.

SUPPORT CHECK-IN
Available from $45
A brief call when you need a little extra care between sessions.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for sisters experiencing financial hardship. If cost is making therapy difficult to access, please reach out and we can explore how we can get you the support you need.

HEALTH BENEFITS COVERAGE
If you live in Canada and have private insurance, your plan may cover sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist. Sessions are paid directly to Muslimah Therapy and you will receive a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I do not offer direct billing.

OTHER OFFERINGS
To inquire about rates for customized group therapy sessions or events you'd like to organize for your family, friends, school, masjid or community Islamic centre, please reach out.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee. You can read the full cancellation and rescheduling policy here.
